Sunitha Bosecker is the owner of Sunitha Lea, LLC, where she helps small businesses and non-profit organizations elevate their marketing efforts through business consulting and strategic planning. She has earned a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Stephens College and has a bachelor's degree in public relations and marketing from Missouri State University. In addition, Sunitha works on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion projects as the DEI Facilitator for Ragtag Film Society, which organizes the international non-fiction film festival, True False Film Festival, located in Columbia, Missouri.

Sunitha enjoys volunteering and has served on Great Circle's Diamond Night and Relay for Life committees.  She has also volunteered at local non-profits such as the Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri, Coyote Hill, Safe Passage, and Room at the Inn. Sunitha currently serves as the President of the Unbound Book Festival board.
